The following recommendations are intended to reduce the possibility of bottoming out, the fender hitting the belt guard or other issues that may arise when lowering a motorcycle.  How much weight placed on bike can also increase or decrease the possibility of bottoming out. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

1" Kit: This kit is good for up to the maximum GRV rating on Super Glides (FXD) and Wide Glide (FXDWG) with maximum shock spring settings.

-Maximum weight of 250 lbs. for applications on Lowriders (FXDL) or Street Bob with maximum shock spring settings.

 

 

 1.75" Kit, maximum weight of 250 lbs. on Super Glides (FXD) and Wide Glide (FXDWG) with maximum shock spring settings.

 -Be advised, this kit on your Lowrider or StreetBob will bevery low. Single rider only. This kit is not recommended for weight's over 180 lbs. due to the increased risk of bottoming out.  Maximum shock spring settings should be used.
